kitchen ke liye kuch upyogi tips-
1)non stick pan ka use kare taki aapko khana banate samay jada tel aur makhan ka istemal karna na pade.

2)lahsun  ko halka garam kar dene se uska chilka asani se nikal jata hai.

3)chini ke dibe me 6-7 laung dal dene se chini me chitiyan nahi lagti.

4)uble ande ko thodi der thande pani me rakhe isse chilka asani utar jayega.

5)karele ki kadwahat dur karne ke liye katne ke bad usme namak milaye aur 30 minute ke liye chod de.

6)bhindi ki sabji banate samay usme thoda sa nimbu ka ras ya aamchur powder dale isse bhindi chipchipi nhi hogi.

7)idli ka ghol taiyar karte samay usme thode uble chawal bhi pis de isse idli naram banti hai.

8)Hari mirch ko taza banaye rakhne ke liye unke danthal  nikal kar rakhe.

9)suji bahit din tak rakhna hai to use bhun lr fir dibbe me rakhe  kharab nhi hoga.

10)pyaz ko jaldi  bhunna hai to usme thoda namak dal ke bhune jaldi ho jayega.

11)khana lohe ki kadahi me banane se iron ki kami dur hogi.

12 achar hamesha kanch ke bartan me rakhe,kharab nhi hoga.
