pet ki charbi kam karne gharelu nuskhe

agar aap apna pet ki charbi kam karne ki soch rahe hai to aap ko pehle ye janna chahiye ki abhi aapka weight kitna hai, iske ke baad aapko body mass index malum karna hoga isse aapki lambai aur umra ke hisab se aapke sharir ka fat pata chalega jisse aap ye jan sakenge ki lambai ke mutabik aapka weight kitna hona chahiye  isse ye pata chalega ki aap ke sharir ka motapa kitna adhik hai aur kitna kam karne ki jarurat hai.

1)weight kam karna hai to achi nind le ab aap sochenge ki so kar motapa kaise kam hoga, sone se body ko aram milta hi hai aur 7-8 ghante ki nind weight ghatane me madat milti hai.

2)subah ka nasta karna kabi na chode hum aksar weight kam karne ke liye dieting karne lagte hai aur khana pina chod dete hai,khana pina chodne se weight kam nhi hota par sharir me kamjori aane lagti hai weight kam karna ho ya badhana ho sahi samay par sahi bhojan lena bahut jaruri hai ,islie hamesha subah ka nasta pet bhar kare.

3)green tea- agar aap din me 3 se 5 bar green tea lenge to aap[ko pet kam karne me asani hogi agar aap exercise karte hai aur sath hi sath green tea ka bhi sevan karte hai to motapa aapko chu bhi nhi payega.

4)meetha na khaye -sabse pehle aapko apne khane par control karna hoga aur koi bhi chij jisme chini ho usko apne diet menu se hatana hi hoga kisi bhi  tarah ki mithai, soft drinks,fruit juice ko lena band kare jada meetha se liver usko digest nhi kar pata hai aur fat me convert ho jata hai jiske karan pet ke aas pas area me charbi jama ho jati hai.

5) tel, ghee na khaye - agar aap jaldi se jaldi pet ki charbi se chutkara pana chahte hai to apne khane me tala gala jaise ghee,butter, tel me bana hua khane ko dur hi rakhe ,agar ji nahi manta hai to week me thodasa taste ke liye le sakte hai.

6)walk kare-subah walk kare aur raat me khana khane ke bad dhire dhire walk kare kyunki expert ka kehna hai ki agar aap rojana walk karenge to iska result aapko bahut jaldi milega aur pet ke motapa sechutkara pa sakte hai.

7)ankurit ki hui mung dal kale chane aur soyabean dal khane se sharir me urja aati hai aur body ko poshak tatv milte hai.

8)har roj kam se kam 3-4 litre pani piye.

9)fast food aur jada tala hua masaledar bhojan karne se parhej kare fast food me jada calorie hoti hai ise digest karne me jada samay lagta hai.

10)maide wale bread aur chawal khane ki bajaye brown bread aue brown rice ko apne diet chart me shamil kare.

11)khane ke baad pani pine se bache dhyan rahe ki khana khane ke ek ghante baad pani piye aur agar aap ko jada pyas lag rahi hai to khna khane ke baad ek cup gunguna pani pi sakte hai,isse aapka pet kam hoga.

12)khana hamesha thoda thoda kar ke khaye har 2 ghante me kuch na kuch khayeisse aapka metabolism control rehta hai.

13)bhojan me protein ki matra adhik rakhe protein ke sevan se pet lambe samay tak bhara rehta hai aur bhukh kam lagti hai.

14)khane ko hamesha chaba chaba kar khaye chaba ke khane se khana jaldi pachta hai.

15)exercise- agar aap pet ke  aas pas ki charbi kam karna chahte hai to aapko kam se kam 30 min exercise karna chaiye.
